Guess that now means UEFA can ban all English fans because it was clearly their fault - except those of Liverpool, who have been exonerated from wrong-doing yet again.

I suppose it is POSSIBLE that for once Liverpool fans weren't contributing to the problems, but I wouldn;t bet on it.
